As the PHIA Project progresses, researchers and policymakers will have access to preliminary and final reports, data sets, conference presentations, webinars, and other resources that share the findings and knowledge generated from the country surveys.
Preliminary results from the first three PHIA surveys in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Zambia were released on December 1, 2016, followed by SHIMS2 results from Swaziland in July 2017 and Uganda in September 2017. Lesotho and Tanzania released preliminary results on December 1, 2017. The summary sheets below include detailed data from each country.
In late 2017, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe published First Reports that present results for primary and secondary objectives disaggregated by socio-demographic and clinical characteristics as well as sub-national areas.
