The Congo Démocratique Population‑based HIV Impact Assessment (CODPHIA) was a household‑based national survey conducted from August 2024 to November 2024 to measure the status of the HIV response in Haut‑Katanga and Lualaba, two neighboring provinces in the southeastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo bordering Zambia.

CODPHIA 2024 offered HIV counseling and testing with return of results. The survey team visited nearly 4,800 eligible households across the two provinces to collect this information. Details on the results are provided below.
